Jordan Dam, Good Rentals is a small, family-owned collection of cozy stays tucked just minutes from Jordan Lake. What started as a single farmhouse slowly grew into a set of unique homes, each with its own character and history.

Whether it’s the 1750’s log cabin, the blue farmhouse, or the spacious ranch house, each place has been cared for and thoughtfully updated so guests feel welcome the moment they arrive.

We love this area because it feels peaceful, natural, and unhurried… yet it’s still within easy reach of Raleigh, Durham, Pittsboro, and Chapel Hill.

Situated along Jordan Dam Road, our properties give you quick access to the best parts of southern Jordan Lake. Boat ramps, wildlife areas, forest trails, rivers, and scenic overlooks are all right around the corner. This area is known for bald eagle sightings, great fishing, quiet paddling routes, and beautiful sunsets over the water.
